An Administrative Assistant position has arisen within a Legal Firm in their banking department. In this role you will be mainly responsible for:

  • Providing first-line support to lawyers
  • Handling inquiries by telephone and e-mail
  • Assisting with the inputting of timesheets and preparation of invoices
  • Onboarding of clients and gathering of KYC documents. 
  • Uploading of client data on inhouse portals 
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and couriers while performing general secretarial and office duties
  • Taking care of diary management, preparing boardrooms for meetings, greeting clients, filing, scanning, photocopying
  • Running errands in and out of the offices

Working hours: Monday to Friday (08:30hrs - 17:30hrs)
