Tradeview Europe Limited in Malta is looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. The chosen candidate will effectively help to manage all areas of the operation and be able to work with the director and other team leaders. The ideal candidate must assist with the development and enactment of company policies designed to increase the efficiency of operations for our organization. This is an entry-level position. The candidate must be a strong leader with excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding business intellect.

In this position, you will perform the following.
  • Manage daily company administrative processes and procedures;
  • Report to and assist Malta Director and other team leaders in daily tasks and duties;
  • Assist team to analyze and maintain operational data;
  • Help improve business functionality and operations;
  • Track best business practices throughout organization;
  • Assist with operational measures and policies that promote efficiency;
  • Track and maintain budgets of operational costs;
  • Maintain positive client and vendor relationships.


Position Requirements:

  • Strong business acumen;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other operational software;
  • Adept problem solver and decision-maker;
  • Excellent communicator both orally and written;
  • Fluent in the English language;
  • Detail-oriented;
  • Diligent and proactive;
  • Respectful of deadlines.
