Pharmexon Trading Limited in Malta is looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant
to join their team on a part-time basis.
- Communication with business development and project management team.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Creating and entering information into databases.
- Managing filing system, editing documents for accuracy.
- Recording information as needed.
- Archiving, scanning, and general administrative support.
- Cover letters and consignment preparation (e.g. courier ordering, going to post/DHL).
- Photocopies, scans, and files appropriate documents.
- Conducts research and compiles data.
- Sorts and distributes incoming mail.
- Performs additional duties when required, including drafting brochures and organising the filing system.
