An Administrative Assistant position has arisen within a Legal Firm providing corporate administration and related governance services. In this role you will be mainly responsible for:

  • Providing first-line support to lawyers in different departments
  • Handling inquiries by telephone and e-mail
  • Assisting with the inputting of timesheets and preparation of invoices
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and couriers while performing general secretarial and office duties
  • Taking care of diary management, preparing boardrooms for meetings, greeting clients, filing, scanning, photocopying
  • Running errands in and out of the offices

Working hours: Monday to Friday (08:30hrs - 17:30hrs)

Education & Experience

  • Secretarial course or A Level Standard of Education
  • Minimum two years of experience in a similar position, ideally within a corporate environment
  • Currently living in Malta


  • Be proficient in written and spoken English 
  • Have excellent IT proficiency, particularly in MS Word and Excel
  • Be able to work well in a team, as well as individually, without supervision
  • Proactive and taking initiative while working under pressure and demonstrate attention to detail
  • Organised, self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills.
