A client of ours specialising in packaging materials is currently looking to onboard an Administration Officer. Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that the office is well kept and managing office supplies
  • Support the management team, in particular the General Manager with day to day admin support
  • Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude with colleagues, customers and also vendors
  • Managing correspondence, such as: phone calls, emails, snail mail, etc
  • Running the reception area in the most efficient way possible
  • Managing reports, updating spreadsheets, etc.
  • Liaising with local and foreign suppliers.
  • Supporting the purchasing team with preparing quotes and/or purchase orders.
  • Upkeeping of databases (of customised items in store).
  • Managing filing, scanning, drafting, printing, etc
  • Keeping stock lists updated and place orders when necessary of office supplies, etc
  • Assisting on purchase orders and invoicing.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday - 08:00-17:00

  • Ability to work under pressure
Education & Experience
  • 2+ years work experience in a similar role
  • Excellent level of English
  • ECDL certificate in Excel
  • In possession of a clean driving license
