Within this job of an Administration Officer you will be forming part of a large team within a Logistics Department while reporting directly to the Manager and supporting with administration and operational duties.
Main duties include:
Perform general office duties including answering telephone calls and emails
Data inputting and up keeping of records to ensure they are updated and easily accessible
Receive and processing of sales invoices
Ensure the delivered goods / transportation is
Assist with support within the logistics operation
Liaising with suppliers and internal stake holders including drivers when needed
Contribute towards possible improvements within the department
