Our client, a well-known distributor, wholesaler, and importer is looking for an Administration Coordinator. Your roles are responsibilities will include:
Answering phone calls, transferring callers as appropriate
Filing and organizing records, invoices, and other important documentation
Submitting work orders and scheduling repairs for general office space and equipment
Ordering repairs for office equipment and maintenance, connecting with and escorting vendors
Supporting in the invoice approval process
Receiving, uploading, and monitoring reports to internal servers/systems, to identify and address stock/logistical issues
Assists in product logistics and stock takes
Assisting in other ad-hoc duties as necessary
Skill-sets and Requirements
Positive can-do attitude
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Fluent computer skills (Word, Excel, Email)
Education & Experience
Previous experience in administration or a similar post is an asset
