Our client, a well-known distributor, wholesaler, and importer is looking for an Administration Coordinator. Your roles are responsibilities will include: 

 

  •  Answering phone calls, transferring callers as appropriate
  • Filing and organizing records, invoices, and other important documentation
  • Submitting work orders and scheduling repairs for general office space and equipment
  • Ordering repairs for office equipment and maintenance, connecting with and escorting vendors
  •  Supporting in the invoice approval process
  • Receiving, uploading, and monitoring reports to internal servers/systems, to identify and address stock/logistical issues
  • Assists in product logistics and stock takes
  • Assisting in other ad-hoc duties as necessary
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent computer skills (Word, Excel, Email)
Education & Experience
  • Previous experience in administration or a similar post is an asset
