Key Responsibilities:
• Issue sales invoices and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
• Coordinate and schedule deliveries with the logistics team and drivers.
• Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers by phone and email.
• Maintain records of orders, delivery notes, and invoice statuses.
• Update internal systems and databases with order and customer information.
• Handle general clerical and administrative duties including filing, scanning, and correspondence.
• Monitor office supplies and assist with placing orders.
• Provide administrative support to other departments when needed.
Requirements:
• Minimum O-Level standard of education; a qualification in administration, business, or accounting is considered an asset.
• Experience in an administrative or customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, accurate, and capable of multitasking.
• Customer-focused attitude and a team-player mindset.
• Familiarity with Shireburn invoicing software is a plus.
