Moore in Malta is looking to recruit an Administration Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
Responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties and assisting the Administration Manager, the audit team, and partners.
Their responsibilities will include:
Registering, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, registered mail including visiting the post office, courier, etc.)
Answering the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
Greeting clients
Help organize office activities
Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible. Filing of current files, archive room, and retrieval of files for personnel
Fast typing includes taking dictations, formatting, proofreading, and editing correspondence and other documents, from notes or dictations, using computers
Utilizing office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, etc., and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation, etc. Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel is a must.
Undertaking basic bookkeeping tasks and issuing invoices, cheques, etc.
Monitoring of stocks of office supplies and stationery
Processing and preparation of documents, such as business or government forms
Run errands to various government departments
Assisting the administrator in office management and organization procedures to ensure that the firm continues to operate with efficiency
Providing support to the management and employees and assisting in daily office needs
Perform other ad-hoc office duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an office clerk or other clerical or secretarial position;
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel;
Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles is an asset;
Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities;
Have excellent oral and written communication skills in English; and
Data entry experience
Working knowledge of general office equipment
A highly motivated individual who works well in a team
Driving Licence and own vehicle
Be currently residing in Malta.
