We are looking for an experienced and organized Administration Assistant to provide administrative support within warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process invoices and other documents whilst liaising with the accounts department to issue credit notes
• Coordinate with clients and sales persons to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Track and report on distribution activities
• Assist walk in customers with their purchases
• Handle client or delivery drivers issues via phone
• Monitor and order office supplies as needed
• Provide general administrative support to warehouse personnel
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, accounts or related field will be considered an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Maltese and English
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
