Motors Inc in Malta is looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Job Role: 
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for the automotive industry and a strong sense of process and procedure management. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and duties related to automotive licenses, registration, and document conformity with transport authorities. If you are keen on being a very important team player of our administration and logistics department, organized and a good team player then we would like to meet you.

What you'll be doing: 
  • Handling all claims, queries, and communication between clients and the company. 
  • To handle and record documentation related to driver’s licenses and registrations.
  • Communication and documentation exchange with Transport Malta and LESA.
  • Assist in the computation and documentation of vehicles sales contracts.
  • Submitting payment of fines and license registration through the Transport Malta and LESA portals.
  • Investigate and query unsettled citations and license payments.
  • Assisting the finance department in compiling hire purchase contracts and in recording documentation.

Who you are: 
  • A good eye for detail.
  • Organized and systematic record-keeping.
  • The ability to follow set procedures in record keeping and document filing.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize accordingly.
  • Ownership on following up and finishing off tasks.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
  • High motivated in achieving objectives.
