Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will be: 

  • Handling incoming communication such as phone calls and emails
  • Scheduling and issuing (to the relevant technician) and handling the reconciliations of Job Sheets 
  • Organising client appointments 
  • Assisting and informing the Operations Manager of any updates on open cases
  • Updating the store keeper about rescheduled and scheduled job sheets prior to the day of appointment in order to prepare any reuired stock and/or items needed to perform the job

Working hours for this role are Monday - Friday between 08:30am - 17:00pm

Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • IT & Computer literacy is a must
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Maltese is a must
Education & Experience
  • O'level standard of education
  • Ideally having experience in a similar role and/or industry
