Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will be:
Handling incoming communication such as phone calls and emails
Scheduling and issuing (to the relevant technician) and handling the reconciliations of Job Sheets
Organising client appointments
Assisting and informing the Operations Manager of any updates on open cases
Updating the store keeper about rescheduled and scheduled job sheets prior to the day of appointment in order to prepare any reuired stock and/or items needed to perform the job
Working hours for this role are Monday - Friday between 08:30am - 17:00pm
Skill-sets and Requirements
Good communication and organisational skills
IT & Computer literacy is a must
Professional proficiency in both English and Maltese is a must
Education & Experience
O'level standard of education
Ideally having experience in a similar role and/or industry
