Our client in the Real Estate industry is developing a substantial and highly prestigious office development in Central Malta and is looking to recruit an Admin Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. A Receptionist with administration skills is now required to be based on-site, scheduling and welcoming visitors whilst undertaking admin duties as required by the senior management team.

Applicants will:
  • Be fluent in verbal and written English (and preferably Maltese);
  • Demonstrate abilities with Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Have excellent communication skills and telephone manner;
  • Be competent in assisting with admin tasks including basic accounts and project documentation;
  • Minimum 1-year experience within an admin function.
