Accounts & Shipping Executive

Job Description
Francis Busuttil & Sons (Marketing) Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit an Accounts & Shipping Executive to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Francis Busuttil & Sons (Marketing) Ltd represents several big brands within the local market, brands such as Mars©, Kellogg’s©, Foster Clark’s©, Barilla© as well as Glenfiddich©, to name a few.

We are looking to grow our shipping team so if logistics and accounting are your passion, this role is for you!

This role consists of various administrative tasks within the shipping and accounts department, which include:

• Coordination of shipments from abroad;
• Shipping documentation;
• Working product costings;
• Inputting purchase orders and stock receipts into the computer system;
• Scanning of Documentation;
• Organising meetings and sourcing of quotes;
• Accuracy and attention to detail;
• Aptitude for numbers;
• Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks;
• Data entry and word processing skills;
• Well organized.

Interested applicants should possess the following requisites:

• Be smart, sociable and objectives oriented;
• Be disciplined and capable of working on your own initiative;
• Must enjoy working in a team environment;
• A positive attitude and be enthusiastic to learn;
• A clean police conduct;
• Minimum driving license B or own means of transport.
