ChillisChilli Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit an Accounts & Sales Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job Description:
Responsible for the general office administration and processing of day-to-day accounting entries.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Processing quotations and sales invoices
- Preparing and processing payments to suppliers
- Posting of bank entries and bank reconciliations
- Maintaining the office petty cash
- Filing documents relating to Finance
- Booking and handling of couriers and mail
- Client support
- Maintaining projects register
- Ordering stationery and all other office supplies
- Payroll and HR assistance
- Assisting with any other office and administration duties as may be required
We Require:
- Ability to co-operate with colleagues from various departments
- Ability to work independently
- Communication skills in English and preferably Maltese
- MS Office software Excel and Word
- Experience in accounting software
- O’ level pass in Accounts
