AI paytec Ltd. in Malta is currently looking for an Accounts and Administrative Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily entry of financial transactions
  • Supporting activities in the course of month and year-end closing
  • Responsible for monitoring and executing payments
  • Responsible for travel costs, expenses, and cash accounts
  • Coordinate facility management and external service providers
  • Support the teams on-site and off-site in all administrative and organizational matters.
  • Professional organization and administration of the office, including scanning and filing
  • Take minutes of meetings
  • Prepare and compile evaluations and statistics, including research.


Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and German
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Hand-on mentality and willingness to work independently
  • Attentive to detail and assertive.


Education and Experience:

  • Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
  • A-Level standard of education.
