Shipping & Finance Clerk

Our client within the manufacturing industry is looking to recruit a Shipping & Finance Clerk to join their growing team: 

Responsibilities:

• Coordination with shipping agents and procurement department to organize import collections 
• Requesting of quotations 
• Tracking of shipments and updating the tracking system 
• Dealing with enquiries by telephone or email 
• Assist in finance related tasks including bank reconciliations and posting of transactions
