Senior Accounts Executive

Ably Resources Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Senior Accounts Executive to join their client's team on a full-time basis.

About the client:
Our Client is a Group of Companies operating throughout Malta. reputable manufacturer of high-quality building materials. Due to the continued expansion of the Accounts Team focussed on the building materials manufacturing element of the business, a Senior Accounts Executive is now required to join the busy team.

Responsibilities include:

• Vet internal control procedures
• Ensure compliance with policies and internal control systems
• Maintain records and control inventories
• Maintain all financial records
• Reconcile balances and supplier statements
• Coordinate and reconcile monthly stock tales and investigate any discrepancies
• Compile and submit statistical requirements
• Assist in the preparation of monthly Management Accounts
• Assist the team during annual statutory audits.

Talent will:

• Ideally be qualified to AAT level or possess relevant experience in a similar position
• Possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrate a methodical approach to work and have excellent organisation skills.
