Senior Accounting Manager

We're seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to lead our client's finance operations in this key leadership role. You’ll oversee monthly and annual financial reporting, mentor and guide a talented accounting team and collaborate with colleagues across global offices to ensure seamless communication and efficient financial management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team accountants, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Provide regular updates to local and overseas management on financial and operational performance
• Manage the audit process, coordinating with auditors and ensuring all timelines are met.
• Ensure timely completion of internal reporting, VAT, tax and other regulatory requirements.
• Support both local and international tax compliance activities.
• Review financial statements for IFRS compliance and adherence to company policies.
• Oversee monthly financial results and maintain transparent communication with Head Office.
• Participate in hiring, training and performance reviews of team members.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Prepare and deliver clear, professional financial presentations for senior leadership.
• Communicate confidently to convey information and insights effectively.

Requirements

• A solid background in accounting within a senior position
• International exposure will be considered a strong asset
• Experience in Hospitality or Tourism is ideal
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to travel

Education and Experience

• Fully qualified through ACCA or equivalent
