Senior Accountant

Our client, a well-known global based technology company is looking to recruit a Senior Accountant into their growing team.  

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate work with team members to meet deadlines
• Assist with month-end processes and reporting including the closing of year preparation and processes
• Reconcile and maintain general ledger account balances
• Prepare accounts to trial balance stage for final review
• Assist with the payroll processing
• Assist with the preparation of VAT returns and tax computation
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
• Assessing, implementing, and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures also review risk areas
• Ensuring the accessibility of relevant KYCs always available
• Liaising with auditors and tax specialists
• Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters
