Senior Accountant

A vacancy of a Senior Accountant within a local Accounting firm has arisen.

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the chosen candidate will be responsible for a team of 3 people and have the following responsibilities:

• Planning and delegating duties to the team whilst mentoring them and assisting with any queries they might have
• Managing Accounts for a portfolio of clients 
• Meeting with clients both at the offices as well as in their premises 
• Applications of VAT and IRD 
• Preparing of VAT Returns 
• Helping out with any ad-hoc reports which may arise by time
• Reviewing the work of the junior team 
• Assisting the auditors with queries
