Senior Accountant

One of our clients in Corporate Services is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their accountancy team.

Responsibilities:

• Finalizing of management accounts
• Income Tax returns and computations
• VAT compliance duties
• Liaising with clients & auditors
• Ensuring deadlines are consistently met
• Provide a superior service to clients

Education & Experience:

• You must be a fully qualified Accountant.
• Previous experience in a client accounting role, ideally with a VAT compliance focus.
• Previous experience leading a team would be beneficial

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Fluency in Maltese would be considered an asset
• Deadline driven
• Proficient in the use of the Microsoft office suite
