We are a fast-growing hospitality group with existing hotels and workspaces in some of Europe's most exciting locations and many more projects under construction. Our Corporate Office on the beautiful island of Malta, bundles together with the teams in Munich, all front office, marketing and revenue activities outsourced from the hotels.

Location: Corporate Office 
 

Trust us, you won't get bored, as you: 

  • are responsible for the strategic performance of 3-5 Ruby hotels
  • maximise total hotel revenues and market shares through daily yield management
  • develop strategies by analysing statistics
  • optimise performance of diverse distribution channels and segments
  • lead revenue strategy meetings
  • prepare forecasts
  • conceptualise the yearly budget

We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:

  • professional training or completed studies in the field of hotel management or similar
  • a minimum of three years experience in the area of revenue management or distribution
  • know-how about promotions and flash sales
  • excellent numerical reasonsing as well as analytical skills
  • high degree of commitment and self-motivation
  • very good planning and organisational abilities
  • a high sense of responsibility and quality consciousness
  • strong communication skills
  • a team player with high social competence
  • good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • proficient written & spoken German and English skills 

Trust us, you won't get bored, as you: 

  • are primary contact person for our international guests by telephone
  • consult our guests via all communication channels used at Ruby
  • are responsible for the maintenance of our PMS and other hotel specific systems as well as all our guest and customer data
  • implement our Ruby SOPs
  • are contact person for our employees in our hotels 

We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:

  • professional training, completed studies or professional experience in the field of customer service, ideally in the area of hospitality
  • excellent communication and interaction skills
  • a high degree of commitment and self-motivation
  • a team player with a high sense of responsibility and quality consciousness
  • very good knowledge of MS Office and good knowledge of reservation systems
  • excellent written & spoken English skills, additional Dutch, French, Italian or German skills would be a plus ;)
