Ruby GmbH in Malta is looking to recruit a Revenue Manager (m/f/d) to join their team on a full-time basis.
Ruby is a young, fast-growing hotel group with existing hotels in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom as well as many other projects under construction throughout Europe. The Munich-based group led by founder and CEO Michael Struck is breaking new ground with its Lean Luxury philosophy: a location in the heart of the city, top design, and high-quality furnishing. Through a lean organization and concentration on the essentials, Ruby creates a contemporary, affordable form of luxury for modern, cost- and style-conscious customers.
Help us to maximize revenues and market shares, while optimizing distribution costs and forecast accuracy of multiple hotels.
Duties and responsibilities that will excite you at Ruby, as you will be:
Responsible for the strategic performance of 3-5 Ruby hotels
Maximizing total hotel revenues and market shares through daily yield management
Developing strategies by analyzing statistics
Optimizing performance of diverse distribution channels and segments
Leading revenue strategy meetings
Preparing forecasts
Conceptualizing the yearly budget.
Get in touch, if you have/are:
Professional training or completed studies in the field of hotel management or similar
A minimum of three years of experience in the area of revenue management or distribution
Know-how about promotions and flash sales
Excellent numerical reasoning as well as analytical skills
The high degree of commitment and self-motivation
Very good planning and organizational abilities
A high sense of responsibility and quality consciousness
Strong communication skills
A team player with high social competence
Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Proficient written & spoken English skills, German would be a plus :)
