Responsibilities
Assist with queries
Liaise with stakeholders
Processing requests
Updating records
Completion of transfer paperwork
Completion of Investment paperwork
Maintaining client records
Provide an excellent customer experience
Assisting with processes of stakeholders' requests
Skill-sets and Requirements
Previous experience within pensions will be considered an asset
Background in administration will be considered an asset
