Mallard Co. Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Payroll Clerk (mornings only) to join their growing team on a part-time basis. The chosen candidate will report to the Payroll Officer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting with payroll administration requirements;
- Inputting of data in payroll system software;
- Ensure proper filing of documentation;
- Liaising with various departments and employees regarding payroll queries;
- Preparing employment contracts;
- Registration of employees with the various authorities, preparation of forms and follow up;
- Applying for work permits.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word;
- The ability to communicate in both English and Maltese;
- Experience in a similar role and knowledge of the Indigo System will be considered an asset.
