Our Client is a leading Company within the FMCG arena forming part of a global group. They are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team 

Responsibilities: 

  • Collecting daily, weekly and monthly timesheets
  • Preparing employees’ compensation using payroll software and also incorporating allowances/bonuses
  • Reporting on payroll expenses, compensation, benefits, national insurance deductions and taxes
  • Entering the data of new employees into the company’s databases
  • Ensuring tax withholdings and wages are in compliance with legislation
  • Assisting staff members with queries directly related to payroll
  • Posting payroll related transactions in the finance system
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • No experience needed as all training will be provided
  • Good team player and accountable
  • Fluent in the Maltese language
Education & Experience
  • 'O' level of Education
