Our client in the Hospitality industry is looking for a Payroll and Accounts Administrator to join their team:

Duties include:

  • Bookkeeping and basic accounting duties up to trial balance level
  • Verification of invoices
  • Bank reconciliations 
  • Issuing of payments
  • Assisting in issuing work permits
  • Responsible of onboarding and termination of employees
  • Processing payroll
  • Liaising with employees and contractors on payroll related matters
  • FSS submissions to tax department
  • Assist in ad hoc projects that may arise from time to time.
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year experience within a similar role
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous knowledge in Maltese tax will be considered as an asset
  • Previous experience in Shireburn and MS Office is considered an asset but not a requirement
Education & Experience
  • A-level standard of education
