Nestle Malta Ltd is looking to recruit a Junior Business Co-pilot to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job role:
As a Junior Business Co-pilot at Nestlé, you will be assisting the Co-pilot in providing insight to the Business Manager, whilst supporting a fact-based decision-making process, based on the current business environment. You’ll be using your numerical aptitude to provide support on current performance as well as ongoingly challenge strategies.

Key responsibilities:
Ensure quality financial information is used by the business for decision-making and that potential risks and opportunities are anticipated and understood.
Review monthly performance and identify areas of risk to the achievement of targets and forecasts and develop/follow up action plans.
A key player in the Monthly Business Planning Process, providing transparency and direction toward target achievement at any time in the process.
Facilitate the Dynamic Forecast process.
Work closely with the Co-piloting team and Decision Support in order to provide high-quality data / timely framework, as well as the reliable measurement of selected key KPI's.
Education and experience:
Strong business acumen with an analytical mindset
Proficient use of Microsoft Excel
A qualification in Finance or Accountancy would be an asset though not a requirement
Experience in Accounting / Finance function is an asset
Ability to work in a team to achieve common goals
Fluent in English, or any other language will be considered as a plus.
Excellent communication skills to credibly and persuasively guide decision-making at all levels of the organization.
