Junior Accounts Clerk (Maltese Speaking)

A vacancy for the post of Junior Accounts Clerk (Maltese Speaking) has arisen within our retail establishments, The Convenience Shops in Malta. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the following. 

The selected candidate will be responsible for:  

• Daily data inputting of all invoices; 
• Updating accounts of our suppliers;
• Building good communication with our suppliers;
• Chasing for credit notes and returns;
• Handling queries that arise on a daily basis. 

 
The selected candidate shall:  

• Have proven working experience in the same sector; 
• Be a team player and ambitious, with I can-do attitude; 
• Have excellent PC knowledge and outlook;
• Have strong communication and time management skills; 
• Have a good level of spoken English and Maltese; 
• Experience in HR will be considered an asset;
• Give attention to detail and have mathematical skills.
