Junior Accounts Clerk (Gozo)

Our client within the Manufacturing Industry is looking for a Junior Accounts Clerk to join their team:

Responsibilities:

• Posting of sales and purchase invoices 
• Preparing and processing payments runs
• Recording receipts from customers and debtor chasing
• Preparing cashbook entries and performing periodic cash reconciliations
• Preparation of periodic bank, supplier and inter-company reconciliations
• Assisting in the month-end procedures
• Filing of documents

Role-specific training will be provided.

• Previous experience would be considered an asset
• Fluent in using MS Office Applications
• Fluent in written and spoken Maltese and English

• In possession of an A level or a higher local qualification in Accounts
