Sentinel Atlasin Malta is looking to recruit a Junior Accountant to join their team on a full-time basis.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Data entry and updating (bookkeeping, cashflow, payroll, leaves);
- Preparation of financial statements and audit files;
- Reconciliation of clients and suppliers records;
- Financial & Administrative reporting and follow-up;
- Monitoring of human resources documents;
- Manage company’s relationships with suppliers and associated requests (purchases, quality control, follow-up of issues);
- Maintain suitable archiving system;
- Support to Administration & Finance Officer in daily tasks;
- Assist with any ad hoc duties that may arise occasionally.
Candidates Profile:
- Fluent in English;
- Very good knowledge of Excel;
- Advanced numerical and quantitative skills;
- Organisational, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Able to communicate effectively in both written and oral formats.
- Strong sense of commitment and willing to take on more responsibilities;
- You are proactive, motivated and adaptable.
€13,200 to €24,000 / year
