Our client, involved in the importation and distribution of products in Malta, is looking to recruit an Invoicing Clerk to join their growing team. An individual who is able to multi-task and is good in handling customer care duties is highly sought.
Responsibilities:
- Take on the process of invoicing clients' orders
- Keeping account of stock, inputting data, and preparation of quotations
- Dealing with customers and clients queries efficiently and effectively
- Liaising with the warehouse
- Carry out reception and admin duties
