Medserv Operations Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit an Invoicing Accounts Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Attributes:

• Minimum of 1 year experience within an Accounts environment ideally within Invoicing/ Debtors Control
• Good command of English, both written and verbal
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook
• Experience in Access Dimensions Accounting Software would be considered an asset
• Knowledge of the accounts receivable cycle
• Accuracy, diligence, and confidentiality across all tasks performed
• Able to work independently, be a team player and embracing solid work ethics
• Be reliable and adopting a proactive approach
• Organised and detailed-oriented person

Key Responsibilities/Objectives:

• Collect and check all supporting documentation and preparing and issuing invoices timely and proper filing of documents
• Inputting clients' payments and reconciling debtor statements
• Chasing defaulting clients and replying to queries
• Reconciling client statements by comparing them with general ledger
• Liaising with Company's auditors during audits
• Maintaining and updated accounts-related databases
• Preparing periodical or ad hoc reports as requested
• Performing other general office duties.
