Head of Finance

Reporting to the Managing Director, our client is seeking a Head of Finance who will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day activities of the Finance Department.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and leading the finance department towards producing monthly financial and costing reports
• Responsible for the cash flow management and planning
• Overseeing and managing the annual budget preparation 
• Identifying potentials for cost saving and improvements
• Participating in quarterly project forecast meetings
• Overseeing the annual financial audits
• Overseeing the VAT process

Education & Experience:

• Fully qualified Accountant through ACCA or equivalent
• A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
