Our client is looking to recruit a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, with the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
Producing MI, data analysis and other reporting
Preparation of drafted reports to be presented to the partners and identify rooms for improvement
Tracking the teams KPI's with particular focus on areas affected by profit and loss
Engagement in budgeting and forecasting
Conduct reviews to gain a deeper understanding of margin leakage
Co-ordinate planning and analysis, consolidation and reporting of outputs
Preparation of financial reviews comparing the actuals versus.the forecast and budgeting
Implement processes to ensure accuracy in the financial performance and position of the business
Review cost management processes to ensure good controls are in place around spend
Challenge deviation and always be forward thinking about improvements
Skill-sets and Requirements
5 years of local experience in accounting within the operational or Financial Services sector
