Accounts Clerk

Our client, a growing player in the fuel, rental, and construction sectors, is seeking to recruit an Accounts Clerk to join its finance team. This role offers a great opportunity for an ambitious individual starting out in the accounting field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and post invoices and payments in the accounting system
• Perform vendor and debtor reconciliations
• Maintain accurate ledgers and accounting records
• Input bank entries and prepare bank reconciliations
• Assist with month-end tasks and general ledger postings
• Maintain files and support day-to-day finance operations

Requirements

• Able to work on own initiative and with minimum supervision
• Ideally experienced in using MS Office Software, particularly Excel;

Education and Experience

• Ideally A level in Accounts
