Financial Controller

Our client, that operates within the Marine sector, is currently looking for a Financial Controller to join their team. The selected person will be reporting to the CEO and the FC will undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budgeting and forecasts preparation, as well as development and maintaining of internal control policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting operations
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Additional controller duties as necessary
