Financial Controller

Our Client is seeking to recruit a Financial Controller who would join their team of professionals. Reporting to the Director of Finance the incumbent of the position will be performing the below duties;

• Supervise and manage a small team 
• Preparing monthly management accounts and financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Manage the audit and liaise with local auditors  
• Maintaining vessel build reporting 
• Coordinating with project managers and Country Finance personnel to ensure information is received  accurately and on time 
• Preparing cashflow forecast for all entities under own responsibility 
• Liaising with directors, attend board meetings and preparation any other compliance matters
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns 
• Assisting the team with any VAT matters 
• Any other reporting as required by the group
