Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited (TEVA) in Malta is looking to recruit a Finance Operations Analyst to join their team on a full-time indefinite basis. 

The Position:

  • The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Sr Mgr Finance and will be responsible for specific areas within the finance department to ensure the accurate management of the company’s financial affairs.
  • The main responsibilities of this position include assistance in the preparation of rolling forecasts and annual budgets, product costing, preparation of monthly operational results and reporting Site KPIs to Senior Management, volume and absorption analysis, liaising with auditors, and supporting other day-to-day activities and projects of the finance department.


The Applicant:

  • The ideal candidate should possess good knowledge of SAP, Navision XAL or other ERP packages;
  • The chosen candidate will be expected to work with minimal supervision, take their own initiative, and have good time management skills. Applicants must as a minimum have an A-level qualification in Accounting or be partly qualified through ACCA.
  • The candidate should ideally have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance department.
  • The chosen candidate should be willing to work longer hours when required to finish tasks or meet departmental deadlines.
