Finance Officer

Our client is currently seeking to recruit a Finance Officer to join their growing team of professionals:

Job requirements:

•  Bank Reconciliations
•  Preparing accurate accounts up to trial balance
•  Allocation of customer receipts and supplier payments
•  Intercompany Reconciliations
•  Liaising with external auditors
•  Preparation of VAT and IPT returns
•  Performing Ad-hoc tasks as requested by Management

Education and Qualifications:

• The selected candidate must be in possession of their  ACCA, F1, F2 and, F3 and working towards achieving the ACCA qualification.

Skills:

• Verbal and written fluency in both Maltese and English is a must
• Conversant in Microsoft Office (particularly Microsoft Excel)
• Able to work independently
• Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities, and willingness to grow within the company
• Good analytical skills
• Previous experience with SAP will be considered an asset
• Highly Organised and meticulous
