Finance Manager - Manufacturing

A new established company in Malta within the Manufacturing industry is currently looking to onboard a Finance Manager. 

Duties include: 

• Perform day-to-day accounting operations
• Reconciliations of the company’s bank account on a monthly basis.
• Produce monthly, quarterly and yearly closing management reporting
• Lead process improvements and other internal projects
• Provide management with forecasts and budgeting reporting
• Produce financial reports and statements on a regular basis
• Communicate with external advisers and auditors
• Preparation and filing of VAT returns 
• Manage tax and compliance for various jurisdictions
• Other Ad Hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time-related to the finance function.

• Minimum of 2-3 of experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of accounting, finance and management principles
• Proficient with local and international laws, regulations and accounting standards (IFRS)
• Strong competence in MS Excel

• Fully Qualified through ACCA or equivalent
