Finance Manager

Our client, within the automotive industry is looking to recruit a Finance Manager to join the team.

Main Responsibilities :

Compile and present management accounts and reports to the Board of Directors.

• Review and interpret complex financial data for strategic insights.
• Develop financial forecasts and budgets.
• Analyze actual performance against budgets and historical data.
• Prepare and assess monthly departmental contribution reports across the group.
• Conduct cost analysis and implement cost control measures.
• Oversee finance team deliverables to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Evaluate and enhance internal processes and procedures for improved efficiency.
• Maintain and upgrade IT and internal control systems for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate smooth and efficient audits.
• Track and manage potential benefits from EU and national grants
• Keep KYC documentation up to date for advisors, banks, and service providers.
• Prepare and file VAT returns for the group.
• Support ongoing KYC processes and completion of banking documentation.
• Complete NSO questionnaires and statistical submissions.
• Support the professional development of finance team members through mentorship and hands-on collaboration, promoting a strong team environment.
• Perform other duties as required by the Directors or Chief Financial Officer.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Able to meet deadlines consistently.

Education and Experience

• ACCA qualification or equivalent
