Finance Manager

A international group of companies is currently recruiting a Finance Manager to join their growing team. This person will play a pivotal role in management accounts and assisting with consolidations.

Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of the group consolidated management and financial results
• Assist with queries from subsidiaries and senior management regarding transactions etc.
• Support the planning and preparatory work for the consolidation process
• Collect explanations and commentaries from the wider finance functions to support the analysis of the consolidated financial results.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls in the preparation of the group consolidated financial statements.
• Management of the preparation of the monthly income statement report for review and approval by CFO.
• Provide additional balance sheet and cash flow related analysis for reporting including preparation of notes to the Accounts in the Financial Statements.
• Support the review of all financial data issued including annual results process, presentations and other financial communication.
• Responsible for aligning and/or reconciling management results with externally reported results as necessary.
• Liaising with auditors in relation to group consolidation process
• Support the communication throughout the group of changes to group reporting requirements.
• Preparation and maintenance of relevant consolidation process documentation to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Contribute to all other duties as and when requested by the Senior Director of Finance.

Requirements

• Solid local experience in a similar role up to the preparation of management accounts, budgets and forecasts
• Experience with group consolidations and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Education and Experience

• Fully qualified or in the last stages of ACCA
