Finance Manager

Our client a leader in the construction industry is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor project performance vs. budget and suggest improvements.
• Lead cost control, reviews, and analysis to find savings and align with finance.
• Oversee and reduce unit overhead spending through new systems and ideas.
• Improve and streamline processes, including digital solutions.
• Manage cash flow, payment terms, and financial planning.
• Prepare and interpret reports, budgets, and accounts.
• Ensure liquidity, forecast cash needs, and manage collections/payments.
• Analyze changes and advise on strategic actions.
• Support long-term planning and budgeting.
• Report unit and project results to management.

Requirements

• Project related finance experience (IFRS reporting, Management Accounting, Budgeting and Treasury Management)
• Previous local experience in Construction or Projects industry
• Confident to lead a team and challenge the different industries

Education and Experience

• Ideally ACCA qualified but candidates with no qualification will still be considered
