Our client, an international investor, developer and operator of upscale hotels and resorts is looking to appoint a Finance Manager to form part of their finance team within the Corporate Head Office.
Duties include:
Prepare consolidated forecasts based on reports received from local and foreign subsidiaries
Assist in the preparation of the Financial Analysis Summary report and any other regulatory requirements
Prepare and update bank loan synopses for the group and review bank covenants regularly
Provide overall support on an ad hoc basis particularly with regards to valuations, audit committee and board reporting and any other reports that may be required from time to time
Assist with due diligence exercises particularly with regards to direct bond issues or roll overs; acting as a guarantor for other subsidiaries or for any other purpose as may be required
Assist with other corporate finance matters
Assist with the review of group reporting packs received from local and foreign subsidiaries
Assist on tasks related to the group consolidation
Assist in the compilation of consolidated Financial Statements
Undertake one off assignments supporting subsidiary accounting departments as necessary
Perform any other duties that may be required from time to time
Skill-sets and Requirements
5 years of experience preferably within Advisory role or similar
Is highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese
The candidate must be a proactive individual, who is able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
