Finance Manager

Ably Resources Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Finance Manager to join their client's team on a full-time basis. Our client is one of the largest and most well-known businesses in Malta. 

Job role:
A Finance Manager is now required to join the Real Estate Division, reporting to the CFO whilst managing a team of 3.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain all books of accounts of the real estate companies in which the organization has an interest
• Prepare monthly management accounts and periodical financial reporting
• Participate in operational matters related to real estate properties and real estate developments owned by the organisation
• Assist with the compilation of estimates, costings, certificates, etc., and maintain the project costings for the real estate properties and projects that the company periodically embarks on.

Requirements:

• Be a qualified Accountant with a minimum of 3 years PQE
• Be capable of forming part of the management team
• Demonstrate experience within a property developer or construction company
• Have excellent computer skills including financial reporting software.
