Finance Executive (South of Malta)

Our client, in the Hospitality and Construction Industry, is looking for a Finance Executive to join their growing team. This candidate will report directly to the Finance Controller and would be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

• Processing of day-to-day accounting records such as postings and reconciliations
• Maintaining both the accounts receivables and payables
• Processing bank payments and deposits
• Assistance with the preparation of management accounts for the various companies
• Assistance with the preparation of regulatory returns
• General office administration duties
• Other ad hoc duties as required by management and the accounts department

• 2 years experience accounts within the property development, construction and or hospitality environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (particularly MS Excel) and SAGE
• Fluent in English and Maltese
• Motivated and able to work unsupervised and part of team
• Opera knowledge will be an advantage

• Hold an A’ level qualification in Accounting
