Finance Executive

Our client is seeking to recruit a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join their team. As a Finance Executive, you will play a vital role in their financial department by ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and supporting various accounting tasks.

Duties include: 

• Process purchase invoices through our Accounts Payable software.
• Post general entries 
• Perform bank reconciliations 
• Maintain receivables by tracking and following up on outstanding payments.
• Actively chase debtors and ensuring timely collection of payments.
• Post expense claims forms and verify their accuracy.
• Perform suppliers’ reconciliation.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience within a similar finance role
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Self driven and ability to work in a team
• Excellent communications skills in English
• Local experience is required

Education and Experience

• A Level in Accounts
