Finance Executive
Our client is seeking to recruit for a Finance Executive to join the team. In this role, you would be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records and supporting various accounting functions.
Duties include:
- Process purchase invoices
- Record general journal entries to maintain accurate financial data.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure transaction accuracy.
- Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.
- manage debt collection to ensure timely payments.
- Review and post expense claim forms for accuracy.
- Conduct supplier reconciliations
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently.
- xcellent multitasking abilities and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Maltese is an asset.
- A Level in Accounts or at initial stages of ACCA
